The Neumann University Thomas A. Bruder, Jr. Life Center involved a 10,000-sf expansion to create state-of-the-art television and radio studios and support spaces. Synergy was called upon to achieve the project’s glazing and sound transmission goals. The Synergy team installed and glazed everything. The double-bridged, thermally broken aluminum framing system with insulated glass units achieved the project’s desired STC ratings while reducing energy and condensation.
