Jesse found Synergy on the student job portal when he was studying construction management at Philadelphia University. He discovered his calling as an estimator and currently prices all of Synergy’s specialty glazing and “oddball” jobs. If the scope includes medical glazing, leaded glass, bullet-resistant glass, or decorative components, chances are that Jesse has developed the estimate. His excellent problem-solving skills and ability to decipher even the roughest drawings makes him an asset for accurate bidding. He likes walking and biking along the Schuylkill River Trail and around the city where he appreciates spotting finished Synergy projects in the field.

O Captain, Our Captain! Whatever trials and tribulations may take place during the Synergy work day, trusted mascot Captain can be found with a warm paw and a wet nose to make the day a little brighter. His official duties remain a bit suspect as he seems to devote an unusual amount of time to napping under Pat’s desk or requesting ear rubs. At home, he enjoys cuddling with his human sisters and playing with his toy cactus.
